Nesting CNC production in line, for the most demanding customer, that's what the Raptor Ultra nesting Line stands for. You load the hydraulic table with full sheets, and all you have to do is take off/sort/stack the nested parts that present themselves on the output carpet. You couldn't be more cost-effective and cost-efficient.

This machine is then the heart of your machining operations in your workshop.

Coupling nesting technology with top performance, the Raptor Ultra nesting Line succeeds wonderfully. The highly intuitive user interface with logical arrangement of controls ensures flawless integration into your operation. Control via external CAD/CAM systems is perfectly integrable. Automation or integration into existing, already automated production environments are no problem.
