The TRANScompact enables one-man operation.
 
This compact panel return system can be combined with any new or existing OTT edge bander.

Once the back of the workpiece has left the machine, it is lifted by several transverse conveyors and guided crosswise onto the second roller conveyor.
A turning station can turn larger workpieces 90°.
Then a driven conveyor belt carries the panel up to the operator on the infeed side of the machine.
The speed of the conveyors is synchronised with the throughfeed speed of the edge banding machine itself. Thus, panels are returned to the operator in a material-friendly and efficient manner.
The control of the return system is fully integrated into the control of the edgebander.
