Through years of experience and use of the latest technology, OTT guarantees a perfect finish of your edge banding with an extremely fine to practically invisible glue joint.
Simple operation via touch screen of both gluing system and the various processing units.
Thanks to the clear icons of the various units and the individual converters, the various units can be individually electro-pneumatically switched on and off and fine adjustment according to the sheet and edge material to be processed is possible from the control panel itself.
This avoids manual intervention on the units themselves.
With the unique CombiMelt system, both EVA and PUR adhesives can be processed.
Various parameters such as temperature, rotation direction of the glue roller, extremely precise dosing of the glue quantity can be adjusted according to the sheet and edge material to be processed.
The quick-change system for glue containers and glue rolls in combination with a specially developed 'storage box' for PU glue containers allows quick changes between various colours and/or EVA glue.
Executed according to model and version with roughing, individual face, bevel and radius cutters, rounding group, radius and face scrapers, sanding units, ....

  • Automatic feeding of edge material on roll. With 1 disc for inserting edge rollers max. diam. 800 mm

  • Special hardware for full monitoring & control of the CombiMelt gluing system
  • CombiMelt glue system : compartmented glue container 1.5l for EVA /PUR glue with separate filling pipe OR PUR round glue container 125mm (version 1.2 kg). With quick-change glue head.
  • Pressure zone with 1 large driven pressure roller and 3 smaller secondary rollers. Pneumatic trimming of edge material on roll 0.3 - 3mm.
  • Lubricant-spraying device for avoiding scratches on sensitive edge material. Placed between the pressure zone and the first milling unit.
  • Cutting edge material to panel length front and back. 2 Hf motors individually tiltable from command panel: 0° and 3°
  • Recognising of notches, hinge holes & CNC work up to a max length of 80 mm
  • Rough trimming top and bottom. Trimming solid edges or pre-milling PVC or veneer edges. 2 HF motors
  • Nesting package : Automatic electro-pneumatic adjustment of all milling and scraper units (incl corner rounds) when drilling into the workpiece. Controlled by the machine controller.
  • Rounding group using 2 individual units, each with 3-axis control. Automatic positioning according to the thickness of the glued edge. With diamond tools
  • PVC radius scraper with MANUAL changeover option. Equipped with R2. Automatic positioning. Integrated extraction with separate waste bin.
  • Flat scraper. For removal of excess glue and/or excess edging material.
  • Protective film compensation for high-gloss material
